At West Wycombe Pre-School the management committee appreciate that the pre-school can only be as good as the staff there, and for that reason we are proud to have an excellent team of experienced and well motivated professionals.  We actively encourage the professional development of our staff, and try to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to attend any relevant courses that take their interest.
 
All Staff have attended Safeguarding Children Courses run by the Buckinghamshire Services for Children & Young People.
